View from the Dome Pearl hostel in Riga, our most comfortable night's rest. At least there were no Italians conversing loudly with Estonians, in English, outside our windows, as in Tallinn. There was, however, flamenco music in the square outside, and five Ukrainian sailors, eager to share their beer with us, in the same hostel room! Much fun was had in my attempts to converse with them in Russian and they in English. Don't worry Mom and Dad, they were harmless. :)
