Because I sincerely do love traveling by train, I decided to go from Santiago to Paris that way, despite the fact that it took 22 hours and two connections. I love watching the land slide by so smoothly, and I don't get nauseous on trains like I do on buses! This is in the greener, "Celtic" part of Northern Spain.
