Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, at night. I was able to spend some time here before heading to Narva last weekend, and then came back through before flying back to Lithuania on Monday, April 3. It was a fun trip, with a suitable amount of academic intent to justify my traipsing around gold-lit old cities with a friend, eating strange Estonian dishes and trying to pronounce the somewhat familiar Finno-Ugric vowels. Estonian is distantly related to Hungarian, and it was a pleasure to see the long-syllabled words and hear the trilling cadence of the language.
