Sunday of the conference we were able to leave slightly early in order to have more time in Tallinn, which included a stop at Olde Hansa - THE required tourist destination of Estonia! The entire resturant is lit by candles, the food is all based on medival recipies, and the waitress speak at least five languages to cater to the wide variety of nationalities you'll see sitting at the tables next to you!
