I'm back from an almost-five-day excursion to Narva and Tallinn, Estonia. I'll give more details soon, but wanted to let ya'll know I'm back safe and have lots of stories to tell. It was a good first conference experience, as these things go, but the fun of travel and visiting more countries and cities I haven't seen was probably the more rewarding aspect of the trip!
(I've posted a few paragraphs from my journal on Expat Letters, albiet in slightly more florid and introspective language than what ususally gets posted here!)
