If I go [back to the States in May], am I saying no to the crucified life?
No, I think. Even nuns had the convent, and sisters. An anchorite barnacled herself onto the home of the Church. To my knowledge, there were no desert mothers. No woman, however chaste, can long endure a cave.

A week or two ago I had one of those waking dreams where later you can remember the whole thing (and of course now, it being much later, I can not remember the whole thing). You were in it, really you, really wholly Jen, not "it was Uncle Fred except he had green hair and was wearing a tutu and had long wobbly arms and went WEEP WEEP WEEP but other than that it was Uncle Fred", no, you were Jen. And the phrase that you used that was, in context, terribly funny was "It slices, it dices, it-- makes-- dramatic-- pauses!" just exactly like you would say it. I was laughing in my sleep. I nearly expect you to spit coffee on your screen as you read this and then tell me that you actually did say that, it was so vivid. Otherwise this comment has been completely pointless; I can't believe you read all the way to the end. Love you; bye. KP
Privyet Yanichka! You're lucky I wasn't yet drinking, but brewing, my coffee when I read your comment. What on earth was the context in which I sounded like a state-fair wind-up doll? :)
Love you too...
Hey klassna, you speak some Russian! :D Honestly, I do not remember any more of that dream at all. I believe you were mocking something, not actually attempting to sell it. C'mon over to my blog and comment sometime. It's linked to my name here.
bye. :)

Spaciba for your poem comments. I'm going to follow your trail of directions and try to read some of yours. ;) It's fun hearing from ya again!
