Crawling out from under

I'm sure a great number of you out there are wondering how life in the LT is going and I have to apologize for not keeping up better these past weeks. I'm beginning to find the rhythm of the semester and have a better sense of when I'll have time to write and think! I have some great stories from the semester that I'll post soon, but for the moment I simply wanted to pass along a verse that a friend reminded me of recently. She had been going through a rough time last spring and I had written her an encouraging email with these words. This week, she was an encouragement to me by simply reading them back to me! The Word of the Lord is truly living and active!

"The Lord your God is with you,
He is mighty to save.
He will take delight in you,
He will quiet you with his love,
He will rejoice over you with singing"

- Zephaniah 3:17

Here is a promise from God's Word -
Phil. 1:9,10
And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ...

Praying for you,
Aunt Christine
