All I have to say is, I am really glad that the Boston Red Sox managed to break their World Series curse in 2004.
That will allow me to feel no sense of guilt or loss when the Rockies beat them this year. Boy, I wish I were home.

As a 3rd generation Cubs fan(we've had 100 years of drought) let me give you my heart-felt sympathy. Can I say, "There's always next year?!" Debbie P.
Well, it looks like my Rocks have managed to fall to the Red Sox. This seems to happen often - as soon as I take any inkling of interest in a team, they begin losing!
If you ever want free tickets, my Grandparents frequently hang out with pitcher LaTroy Hawkins. It's a bit strange, there are more pictures of them with him in the house than of us, but he's a nice guy ;-) many blessings, c.
